SERMON BRANDING FORM:
The Sermon Series Information Form is an essential tool for helping me to create the right look and image for your sermon series branding and graphics. Please fill this out online and submit it or use the PDF Version available and e-mail it back to me.
Please read the following carefully:
- This form must be completed and submitted before any work begins on your sermon series artwork - no exceptions.
- You will need to allow four weeks for design completion from the time this form is submitted.
- If we will be ordering printed items please plan accordingly! It will take 7-10 days for printing and delivery from the time the files are submitted to the printing company. If postcards will be sent out into the community, this means be prepared for an additional time of 10 - 14 days on top of printing turnaround and design time.
- Any changes after the design work has started (different theme or topic, new postcard text, etc.) will incur a billing rate of $75 per hour additional to any project or contract fee.
