Hey there! I’m James Dalman.

I've consulted with hundreds of entrepreneurs to help them create amazing lifestyle businesses. I’ve taught thousands of solopreneurs how to work less, earn more, and experience more freedom with their ventures. And I’ve partnered with companies all over the globe to help them grow their brands and profits.

All of which were made possible by unconventional thinking.

My passion is working with forward thinking visionaries who desire to create a business that’s radically different, then help them reach their maximum potential by thinking outside of the box — especially when the world doesn’t think it can be done!

Plus I love seeing the “underdog” win.

For the past 35 years I’ve made a LOT of fucking mistakes, yet also achieved quite a bit of success by launching unconventional companies. It’s been a hell of a ride.

As someone who has been extremely fortunate to learn from the old school and new school way of doing things, I look forward to sharing my experiences with you. Why?

Because there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people achieve their dreams.

You only get one life. I want you to make the most of it.

Now for some personal fun stuff.

My elementary school teachers told me I’d never make anything of my life because I’d draw in class all the time. I barely escaped high school due to poor grades. BUT …

  • I’ve been married 32 years to my high school sweetheart and we currently travel the world as digital nomads. It’s been the adventure of a lifetime.
  • I helped make and raise two amazing kids, but my wife deserves ALL the credit otherwise they would be completely fucked up. LOL!
  • I served in the United States Army Reserve and Oklahoma National Guard because my childhood dream was being Rambo and I love my freedom.
  • Somehow I’ve appeared on national and local TV at least half a dozen times for interviews about tornadoes, religion, freedom, and even a murder. Crazy but true.
  • I’ve written a few books, blogged hundreds of posts, coached thousands of freelancers, and been on some of the highest rated business podcasts.
  • I won an unofficial Mr. Hawaiian Tropic contest by airbrushing abs on my body.

Not bad for someone who wasn’t supposed to make anything of his life. OH, and I really enjoy drinking beer from all over the world.
